Reflecting at this time of year I thought of the Manifesto of the Brave and Brokenhearted from the power house Brene Brown reminding us of how adversity and heartbreak can lead to compassion and strength. We grow from our failure, shame and struggles.  “We are the authors of our own lives, we write our own daring endings”.
